- Ispra Workshop on Ammonium Nitrate
The Major Accident Hazard Bureau of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre held a workshop to address concerns about current practice relative to prevention of ammonium nitrate incidents following the catastrophic incident on at the Grande Paroisse site in Toulouse, France. The site contains the agenda, the presentations and the final report of the workshop.

- National Chemical Safety Program
National program to reduce chemical incidents, facilitated by the Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center at Texas A&M University. It is guided by a roundtable of diverse stakeholders and contains extensive investigation reports. A comprehensive database of chemical incidents is under development.
